imPRESS Nails Review

Hi everyone!

A few days ago while I was out shopping at my nearest drugstore I came across the nail section and discovered a pretty cool product. I am sure everyone has heard of them by now, but I decided to review them for you anyway :)

I have actually heard of them before, but I didn't really care to give them a try until I saw them at the store. They had a really cool selection and the bright and interesting color combinations really caught my eye. I said, why not, since they were only about $6.00 :)

This is the packaging
I think the packaging is sturdy and creative since the nails come in a nail polish bottle look alike. It is plastic and not glass though. It comes with 24 nails in 12 different sizes so you can pick which one fits your nails better. The box has all the instructions you need on the back. They are super easy to apply.

What was left of the nails after I applied them for the first time
The nails come with glue already on the back of them with a little clear removable strip on top that you take off right before applying the fake nail to your nail. It is really easy and fast, which I like :) All you have to do is press the imPRESS nail to your real nail and hold down firmly down the middle and then down each side. Make sure you put them on right the first time because the glue really works haha!

This is how you open the plastic bottle
To open the bottle all you have to do is remove the black cap and then just pull it apart in the middle. It is super easy.

The color I chose is called ECSTATIC CLING
I picked this super bright pink color because I wanted something that will cheer me up :) Even though fall is here, I still love bright colors on my nails. I do love fall colors as well but I don't just stick to those.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the nails. They have stayed on for 4 days so far and seem to be very sturdy. They are supposed to last up to one week so that's great. They feel like your own nail and are not super long which I really like. I don't really like extra long nails. I've washed my hair, did dishes, did a lot of random stuff and my nails are still on :) I will definitely be buying more of these since they are quick and easy to apply and they seem to last long on the nails! My only complain is that sometimes if I put my hands through my hair, my hair gets stuck to the nail at the top where the cuticle is. Other than that, I believe this is a pretty cool product!

These are the ones I got: Ecstatic Cling

I really hope you guys enjoyed this review and let me know if you ever tried imPRESS nails or anything similar or if you would like to try them out :)

xoxo, Adela

  4. I've been putting off buying these because I thought they'd have that really obvious 'false nail' look but they look lovely on you. I think I might buy some! Haha, you've converted me. How do you take them off do they just peel off? Thanks for following my blog, I've followed back :)

    1. haha! I'm glad you like them now :) To take them off, yes, you just peel off starting from the sides or put a little bit of polish remover on a cotton ball and rub your nail then peel off. Should come right off!

      Thanks for following :)

  9. I saw those nails whn I was in the Y.K. and they are starting to appear in Portugal. I might buy them one day to try them on. It seems like a quick option if you are in the run to some event and don't have time to paint your nails.
